Corrections
If you have found an error, especially in a deadline, an eligibility rule, or a payment amount, please tell us. Include the article title and the specific detail you believe is wrong, along with a source if you have one. Corrections are reviewed quickly, since an outdated deadline can cost a reader a claim.
Tips
If you know of a settlement, refund program, or reimbursement window we have not covered, send it along with a link to the official notice if you have one.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent news site, not a law firm, claims filing service, or settlement administrator. We cannot file a claim for you, check the status of a claim you have filed, tell you whether you personally qualify for a specific settlement, or give legal advice about your situation.
For a claim you have already submitted, contact the settlement administrator listed on the official notice. For wage and hour questions, your state labor agency and the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division both take inquiries directly, at no cost.
